    功能 : 益气补血,滋补肝肾,活血利水,扶正祛邪。 适应症 : 产后体虚疲倦,恶露量多,奶水不足,身体复原缓慢。

    Step 1

    把豆类和花生同洗净。Wash all beans and peanut.

    Step 2

    鸡洗净,切块,投入沸水中汆煮片刻后捞出备用。Wash black chicken and chop into small pieces; and then blanch in boiling water and drain.

    Step 3

    把豆类、花生、葱、姜放于碗内,乌鸡、马蹄、青葱放在材料上面,然后加入黄酒及清水。Place all beans, peanut and ginger in bowl, top with chicken, water chestnut and spring onion; and then pour in wine and water.

    Step 4

    将蒸碗放入蒸笼内,以大火蒸炖 2-3 个小时,肉烂豆熟后取出,加入食盐适当调味后即可食用。Steam in steamer with high heat for 2-3 hours or until chicken and beans soften, season with salt.
